Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services Deniz Corporate Entertainment Ltd. provides, trading as London Concierge services. You agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms by engaging our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Definitions

  1. “Company” refers to Deniz Corporate Entertainment Ltd., whose Registered Office Is Acorn House, 33 Churchfield Road, London W3 6AY.
  2. “Services” refers to the concierge and lifestyle management offerings provided by the Company.
  3. “Client” or “You” refers to any individual or entity that engages the Company for its services.

Service Engagement

  • Service Request: Clients may request services through our designated contact points, as detailed on our website. Each request will be evaluated, and a service agreement will be provided to describe the services’ nature, scope, and cost.
  • Acceptance: Upon acceptance of the service agreement, the terms bound the Client set forth within that agreement, in addition to these General Terms.
  • Cancellation and Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel services as necessary due to unforeseen events. Clients will be notified as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations.

Fees and Payment

  • Pricing: Fees for services will be detailed in the service agreement and subject to change based on the scope and requirements of each engagement.
  • Payment Terms: Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on late payments, following applicable laws.

Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the services provided.
  • Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their use of the services.

Confidentiality

  • The Company is committed to preserving the confidentiality of its Clients’ personal and sensitive information. This obligation extends to all staff and associates throughout the service agreement and beyond.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of such modifications.
